About
Kerven Montfort
SHORT BIOGRAPHY
Kerven L. Montfort is a probate and estate planning attorney in the Tampa Bay area.
He helps individuals, families, and businesses structure their finances to protect their assets and promote generational wealth.
Kerven graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelors in Sociology and a minor in Religion. He received his Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning (M.S.P.) from Florida State University and his law degree from Florida State University, College of Law.
Kerven began his legal career as a criminal law attorney and was an assistant prosecutor for 7 years. Prior to joining Daily, Montfort, and Toups, Kerven served as the General Counsel for Florida’s Department of Military Affairs, where he was the chief legal and ethics officer for the state agency.
Kerven is also a Judge Advocate (JAG) in the United States Army where he supports a brigade size element in the areas of military justice, domestic operations, and provides legal assistance to Service members and their families.
Kerven lives in Wesley Chapel with his wife and 4 children.
